The large comfortable rooms are bright and airy, decorated in very pleasing gold and brown colours. Many rooms overlook the beautiful lake scenery. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition. The hotel restaurant is very elegant, but weather permitting, why don't you try the open-air garden restaurant by the lake. These beautiful patrician buildings directly overlook the harbour of Lindau and expanse of Lake Konstanz. The medium sized lobby and the adjoining foyer are very comfortably yet at the same time elegantly furnished areas with marble floors and a wooden staircase. A very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and highly recommended. Guests of the hotels can also use the spa facilities at the sister hotel the Bayerischer Hof, without having to go outside the hotel since there is a connecting corridor between the hotels.
